Here is the part most coaches do not expect, and it is one of the best things about Coaches Film Room: your Media Library lives on your device, not on our server. When you save a clip in the app, it is stored right there in your browser, on that phone or that laptop. It never leaves.
Why that is good:
Your video stays yours. Game film, kids on the field, none of it travels to a company database.
There is nothing to breach. We do not hold your footage, so it cannot leak from us.
It works offline. Once the app is activated, you do not need a signal to pull up your clips at the field.
What it means in practice: the clips you save on your phone are on your phone. The clips you save on your laptop are on your laptop. Each device keeps its own library. They do not talk to each other, because nothing is syncing through a cloud in the middle.
Your activation code is the part that travels. One code unlocks the apps on every device you own, so you can run the same tools on your phone, your tablet, and your laptop. But the libraries stay separate, one per device.
If you want a clip that is on one device to show up on another, you move it yourself with the app's Share or Download. That is its own short post: "How to move a clip or file between your devices."
We are not selling you a sync feature we do not have. We are telling you where your film actually lives: with you.
