Do I need to download anything from an app store?

No. It is a web app. Open it in your browser and add it to your home screen in about ten seconds. See "Put Coaches Film Room on your home screen."

Does my video go to the cloud?

No. Your Media Library lives on your device, in your browser, and your film never leaves it. See "Your film library lives on your device."

What if I get a new phone?

Install the app on the new phone and paste your activation code, and your apps unlock. To bring old clips over, move them yourself with Share or Download. See "How to move a clip or file between your devices."

How do I upgrade later?

Buy the upgrade and paste the new code. It replaces the old one and unlocks more, and you only pay the difference. See "Upgrading later: how your activation code changes."

I did not get my activation code.

Open any app and use the resend option, or reply to your purchase receipt and we will get it to you.

Is it really offline after activation?

Yes. Activate once online, and after that the apps run with no signal at all.
